Our Most Popular Finishing Services

Anodizing (Type II & III)
Creates an incredibly hard, ceramic-like layer on aluminum parts. Perfect for enhancing wear resistance, corrosion protection, and achieving vibrant, long-lasting colors.

Powder Coating
Offers unparalleled durability and a flawless cosmetic finish. This tough, impact-resistant coating is ideal for industrial equipment, automotive parts, and consumer products.

Laser Marking & Engraving
Add permanent, high-resolution marks like logos, serial numbers, and QR codes to your parts. Our non-contact laser process ensures precision without adding material or stress.

Bead & Sandblasting
Creates a clean, uniform, non-reflective matte finish. It's the perfect solution for removing imperfections and preparing surfaces for anodizing or painting.

Polishing & Brushing
Achieve premium cosmetic surfaces, from a sophisticated directional brushed grain to a flawless mirror polish, elevating the perceived value of your products.

Painting & Silkscreening
Apply liquid coatings for protection and precise color matching (RAL, Pantone). Add durable logos, labels, and graphics with our high-resolution silkscreening.

Surface Finishing FAQs
- Choose Anodizing when you need a hard, durable, non-conductive surface. It's ideal for parts requiring high wear resistance or a specific decorative color.
- Choose Chem Film (Alodine) when you need to maintain electrical conductivity. It's the standard for parts that require grounding, EMI shielding, or are internal components where appearance is less critical.
- Thick Finishes: Powder Coating can add a significant layer (typically 0.05mm - 0.15mm).
- Moderate Finishes: Anodizing (Type II) adds a moderate amount (0.005mm - 0.025mm).
- Thin Finishes: Chem Film and Passivation add a minimal thickness (<0.002mm).
- For Maximum Durability & Wear Resistance: Choose Hardcoat Anodizing (Type III).
- For Decorative Color & Good Protection: Choose standard Anodizing (Type II) or Powder Coating.
- For Electrical Conductivity & Corrosion Resistance: Choose Chem Film.
- For Powder Coating, we can match any standard RAL code for consistent and vibrant colors.
- For Anodizing, color matching is more nuanced due to material and surface variations. We can work with samples to get as close as possible, but we recommend a sample part for mission-critical color matching.
